SCOTTISH OAK bowl. Protection XIX. A piece inspired by Norse/Viking armour. Hand applied pyrography in a diagonal weave pattern on the bowl between ebonised beads and studded with metal pins and stained with red spirit stain. Verdigris wax adds another aged look to the finish. Finished with several coats of oil and buffed. 120mm x 130mm∅
