The Nineteenth edition of We Are Makers was released at the beginning of the month. This is a beautiful, coffee table, magazine which tells makers’ stories from workshops around the world. It is an independent publication founded and produced by Kate and Jack Lennie.
In this edition there is a large representation of makers in Orkney
Kate and Jack visited Orkney earlier in the year. We had a meet-up here one evening with several Creative Orkney members attending. The couple then travelled around Orkney over the following week speaking to Creatives and taking in a lot of what Orkney has to offer. On the Sunday they joined us for lunch and then stayed for the afternoon and interviewed Michael. It was very relaxed and not at all rushed.
